Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to our business units. It requires the Analyst to log, troubleshoot and respond to all queries coming into the IT Department in a timely manner.


  1. Responsible to ensure the confidentiality and full complete safeguarding the company's trade secrets and any of our business clients' customer lists and related records
  2. Take ownership of managed and escalated issues until resolved
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner according to procedure and policy guidelines defined
  4. Become an expert on AMS Business systems from the client perspective
  5. Assist in testing new versions and act as liaison to internal subject matter experts in resolving open issues pertaining to software defects
  6. Create and maintain technical documentation within the IT Knowledgebase
  7. Build, move and set up desktops as necessary
  8. Setup new users on the network with adequate security and software to perform their duties


  1. Prior Help Desk/Customer Service experience required
  2. Hardware & Software troubleshooting experience required
  3. Prior experience on enterprise systems and dealing with software vendors preferred
  4. Expertise in desktop deployment and standardization
  5. Some independent judgement required in setting priorities of tasks among multiple assigned projects
  6. Commitment to team-orientated disciplines
  7. Able and willing to learn new systems, procedures and technologies
  8. Excellent organizational and communication skills
