Position Overview

To drive a reduction in our inventory levels and provide additional Revenue and Gross Margin dollars through Wholesale and Syndication efforts along with effective inventory management. To achieve this, the Wholesale Manager will primarily work with the Product Development Director, Program Managers and Channel Owners to reach and exceed established budget goals.  The Wholesale Manager will be accountable for meeting these goals and driving continuous improvement in our wholesale operation.

Essential Functions, Duties & Accountabilities

Wholesale our existing inventory world items to external coin dealers, wholesalers, and direct marketers. Work with Product Development Director to establish approved pricing and selling strategies.

  1. Work with Product Development Director and Program Managers to identify product that is suitable for wholesale syndication. This position would be responsible for developing a distribution strategy that that accomplishes incremental Gross Margin dollars as well as protecting our internal marketing pricing in the process.
  2. Continually monitor our existing inventory and create and help execute new ways to disposition the product through our internal channels. This duty would involve working with the Director of Product Development, Program Managers, and Channel Owners to develop strategies and timing related to these new ideas.
  3. Responsible for meeting and exceeding Revenue and Gross Margin budget goals for the Wholesale division.
  4. Responsible for helping in reducing our overall inventory levels to under $30M at cost.
  5. Responsible for helping us to achieve our EBITDA goals by making Gross Margin dollars whenever is possible through our wholesale and syndication activities.

Additional Functions, Duties & Accountabilities

  1. To use your coin e-commerce merchandising experience to help our marketing team build effective content for product on the web.
  2. Attend product planning meetings and provide input to market conditions to assist in product forecasting and pricing.
  3. Actively and positively contribute to the overall success of through regular contributions to the general management of the company. Participate and provide leadership in inter-departmental meetings, projects and informal activities. Support the company and other departments wherever and whenever your skills and experience would be beneficial.


Educational Requirements

  1. High School Diploma or GED is required.
  2. College level education is preferred but not required.

 Experience and Skills

  1. At least 5 years of experience in the coin industry directly involved with buying and selling.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, order entry experience is preferred.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  1. Skillset in pricing of coins for the aftermarket is a must.


  1. Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required, approximately 5-10 times a year.
