Position Overview

Manage Product Setup Team and assist with product setup duties and adminstrative functions for and Modern Coin Mart brands. Support all sales channels (Ecommerce, Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales, Catalog/Print, and Customer Service) with setup and maintenance of product sku's being sold through multiple platforms. The Product Setup Manager is accountable for meeting deadlines and objectives for assigned projects, delivering robust quality of work, and driving continuous improvement of the Product Setup team and their function within the organization.

Essential Functions, Duties & Accountabilities

Support Product Setup Activities for all Channels:

  1. Manage 4 person team responsible for creating sku's for all sales channels. Setup includes part numbers, bill of materials, photos, costs and prices being entered within the ERP system.
  2. Take direction from Merchandising team and execute sku creation and maintence functions to support the product setup effort.
  3. Assist and at times drive process improvement efforts both within the Product Development department and functions involving outside departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, IT and Fulfillment.

ERP and Internal Sales Platform Setup and Maintenance:

  1. Load and maintain items in Vault/Connex (internal sales platform) for Outbound/Inbound sales including updating sales points, retails, and inventory visibility as needed.
  2. Identify and communicate issues and errors found within Vault/Connex(sales platform) and Ecometry(ERP) with IT or Marketing departments to resolve in a timely manner.
  3. Simultaneously create/manage product setup and maintenance on system to ensure products are ready for promotion and both brands align when needed.

Administrative Functions:

  1. Assist the Product Development department by answering and dissemenating product questions to the appropriate person that are received from the Outbound Sales floor and Inbound Customer Service teams.
  2. Assist Merchandisers as needed to achieve the pre-determined goal and timeline for each program.

Additional Functions, Duties & Accountabilities

  1. Actively serve as a member of PD Team and support the product setup and sku maintence for internal and external sales platforms and other administrative functions.
  2. Maintain flexibility in work schedule to meet business needs.
  3. Actively and positively contribute to the overall success of and through regular contributions to the general management of the company.       Participate and provide leadership in inter-departmental meetings, projects and informal activities. Support the company and other departments wherever and whenever your skills and experience would be beneficial.
  4. Uphold and promote AMS's I-CARE values system of integrity, communication, accountability, respect and energy in all relationships with customers, suppliers, fellow employees and other stakeholders.
  5. Ensure the confidentiality and full and complete safeguarding the company's trade secrets and any of our business clients' customer lists and related records.


Educational Requirements

High School Diploma required, Bachelor Degree Preferred

Experience and Skills

  1. Managerial Experience preferred.
  2. Attention to Detail is essential.
  3. 1+ year experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system of any kind.
  4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  5. Good problem solving skills and ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
  6. Excellent listening skills.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  1. Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  2. Ability to understand and operate ERP and related systems.
