Position Overview

Provide broad-based operational set-up, data, and reporting support for and MCM brands' Outbound and Inbound Marketing sales initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will provide comprehensive data reporting of customer and channel Marketing projects. The Marketing Coordinator will work with the Director of Resource and Business Analytics to plan, set-up, coordinate, and report customer and Marketing program performance. The Marketing Coordinator is accountable for high quality, timely, and effective data set-up and reporting. The Marketing Coordinator is a person that is data disciplined and detail oriented.

Essential Functions, Duties & Accountabilities

Outbound Telemarketing

Responsible for the day to day support of the design and execution of customer and product database queries. Support the assignment of customer records to the OB Sales Reps with Maximizer CRM. Deliver timely and accurate reporting that supports the evaluation of Outbound Telemarketing projects to key business units and department heads. Provide support in the development and implementation of recommendations and follow-up actions.

Marketing Programs

Responsible for the day to day customer database and program reporting in support of Inbound Marketing programs. This includes assisting in the design and execution of database queries, delivering timely and accurate reporting for the evaluation of Inbound Marketing projects to key business units and department heads.



The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the Director of Resource and Business Analytics, Marketing Analyst, and IT Department to ensure that he/she has an understanding and working knowledge of the data tables and fields. This is necessary to support the data design and structure for on-going reporting.  Utilize Ecometry and the Hyperion reporting platforms in support of these initiatives.


Outside Services

At the direction of the Director of Resource and Business Analytics, support the work with outside service providers to coordinate customer data transfers.



Individual contributor role with no supervisory responsibilities.


Additional Functions, Duties & Accountabilities

  1. Serve as a member of the Analytics/Selects Team and support others as necessary.
  2. Maintain flexibility in work schedule to meet business needs.
  3. The Marketing Analytics team supports our internal clients. With that, the responsibilities of this position necessitate that the Marketing Coordinator perform their duties in the office.
  4. Actively and positively contribute to the overall success of and through regular contributions to the general management of the company. Participate and provide leadership in inter-departmental meetings, projects and informal activities. Support the company and other departments wherever and whenever your skills and experience would be beneficial.
  5. Uphold and promote AMS's I-CARE values system of integrity, communication, accountability, respect and energy in all relationships with customers, suppliers, fellow employees and other stakeholders.
  6. Ensure the confidentiality and full and complete safeguarding the company's trade secrets and any of our business clients' customer lists and related records.


Educational Requirements


4-year college degree in a Business, Mathematics, or Marketing related discipline preferred.

Experience and Skills

One or more years experience, preferably in Direct Marketing. Excellent data reporting skills. Very good math/numerical aptitude. Computer literate with emphasis on advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous work with enterprise SQL database query/reporting tools such as Oracle Reports, Cognos or Hyperion (Hyperion would be a major plus).
